Lively Lentil
Good source of protein
Bring one cup of lentils to a boil for five minutes or until soft
Add quarter cup of alkaline or RO water
Add tablespoon of Himalayan salt or 1 tsp. of silly salts
Mix in blender that puree’s
Sweet Potatoe Pie
Good Source of Vitamin A

Bake or cook one sweet potato until soft (remove skin)

Add quarter cup of almond milk and puree in blender or by hand
Babies Black Beans
Good source of iron
Bring 1 cup of black beans to a boil and lower to a simmer for an hour
Add one tablespoon of Himalayan salts or 1 tsp. of Power Powders
Add quarter cup of water and puree in blender or by hand
Spinach
Good source of iron
1 cup of raw spinach
1 half Hass avocado
3 cups of coconut water mixed in blender until smooth
